Ad-hoc services


I offer the ad-hoc services below, which are priced from £30 per hour.  These can be booked for any amount of hours that suit you.  Within the time booked you can utilise one or more of the services below (eg you can choose  scheduling appointments, obtaining testimonials and chasing late invoices all within the same booking).


* Please note that the first ad-hoc hour is to be paid in full, prior to work. 




Diary Management




  • Scheduling meetings/appointments
  • Calendar reminders
  • Arrange travel

Email Management  



  • Checking emails twice a day in the morning and afternoon (excluding bank holidays)
  • Email detox  -  deleting spam, unsubscribing from newsletters/spam
  • Check priority emails
  • Flag important emails
  • Actioning emails as required
  • Create email folders
  • Send holding emails
  • Archiving old emails

* Please note that a large volume of emails may require an initial email detox before starting the regular email management package.

  • Writing up and sending quotes
  • Creating & sending out invoices
  • Compiling receipts
  • Chasing late invoices



Administration


  • Document creation
  • Updating documents
  • Updating templates
  • Data entry

Customer Support



  • Responding to enquiries
  • Follow-up with clients
  • Obtaining testimonials
  • Sending messages via social media regarding potential work
